Here are some updates for this week at Underwood Elementary:

Arts Pleasure --- Spanish, Strings, and PE Virtual on Wednesday from 6:00 - 6:30. Click on the link at 6pm, Wednesday, March 23rd to join the Event! https://meet.google.com/orz-yphh-rdi

Foundation Gala --- "Tickets are live! We are so excited to celebrate IN-PERSON on April 23rd with you. Let's celebrate the Underwood community together with dinner and dancing, live and silent auctions, treats from the Cupcake Shoppe, and more! And our own Mr. Beeman will be our MC and auctioneer!" Supportive At Home Resources: The student teachers from NC State University have provided additional resources to help support the curriculum at home. Some resources students may be familiar with, and others may be new so feel free to try them with your students at home. The Broughton Arts Department is excited to invite you to the first annual Broughton Arts Festival. Saturday, March 26th 11am-3pm, on BHS front lawn and parking lot. There will be live performances from Wind Ensemble (11:30AM), Chicago the Musical (12:00PM), Orchestra (12:30PM),Vocal Music (1:00PM), Theater (1:30PM),Dance (Caps Crew, Company and Ensemble)(2:00PM), and Jazz Ensemble (2:00PM) and Art Shows from IB Visual Art Seniors, and the other Visual Arts classes; Interactive booths for dance, art and theater, small ensemble performances from performing art students and vendors selling jewelry, pottery and other items; food trucks from Tacos Las Gringas, Loco Pops and Bull City Eatery.
